American Int'l construction Consultants, LLC (AICC) was formed as an outgrowth of IASS Interair, an aviation consultancy, by Mr. Eugene Rooney and Mr. Rahmat Kayoumy. AICC is a Delaware corporation with an emphasis on planning, logistics and transportation. As a professional airline planner at Lockheed Martin and a project manager at the US Department of Transportation Mr. Rooney has been involved in numerous projects involving large investments in improvements. IASS Interair has contributed to international development through safety, communications and air traffic control projects in several countries. Mr. Kayoumy is an international businessman with interests and background in real estate and hospital and clinic operations. He has a knowledge of supporting public health programs and dealing with US government contractors. He has acted on behalf of parties involved in contract disputes and has often been a professional communications facilitator.
